It seems they put the truck's plate in the back, a spanish trailer is on the left of it and the truck seems the same

It's nothing really surprising however, it's a typical repeater plate with remade non-standard Spanish font although. You besides spotted the rear plate of the truck, and usually trailer series in Bulgarian plates begin with E*.
