P.S I think its current owner is Glavbolgarstroy Holding JSC (Главболгарстрой - Инфраструктурно строителство АД) - quite a big national company,if not to say one of the biggest in building industry,as the name says their activities are related to constructing buildings & facilities,infrastructure construction and so on...You can drop a look in their site even!

@BimmerDude thanks man, indeed love that too to see them stil on the road, spotted some more old trucks on this place at that enroute offroad. at this location:
E80 from Sofia - Slivnitsa - Dragoman - Kalotina as i know a big project from Nis serbia to Sofia a Highway is beeing constructed, the highway on serbian side is done.
this is the Enroute of that place
