Bahraini Carguy I have been asking around in regards to how common Bahraini plates are outside of the GCC but to little answer.
I have a somewhat biased experience from spotting in London, but from my experience, Bahrain is probably the rarest GCC country to spot in Europe. I've only ever seen Bahraini plates in London, of which I've only spotted 4 (I probably won't post my 4th spot, as the quality of the photos are awful).
I'd say Omani plates are a little more common, but still rare, and can be seen in more random places though. For example, my most recent Omani spot was in Estonia!
I'd also say wait a few days and see if anyone posts Bahraini plates from other places around the world in the gallery

For me, 94 is the only Bahrain reg I have ever seen in London - on both the previous G63 and the current Cullinan. I often see quite a few other GCC plates from KSA, Qatar, and Kuwait, but never Bahrain. I can say they are rare!

What about Oman?
Also very rare - I’ve only ever seen one Omani plate, ‘3332 S’, which was registered to a bright blue 991.2 GT2RS and I saw that maybe around 2019.

I see. I spotted 3 this year, not much - but still happy
