It's unfortunate, but it's true. At least in Bahrain you don't have to worry about the rust!  :D

I would argue that heat and high humidity is almost as bad as salty roads.

But yeah, it's usually surface rust at most so rust isn't really an issue here as much as other things.

That's a good point, especially if the car is sitting outside for a long time. Being from Ireland, I only tend to think about how rain & road saly cause corrosion!
