Please excuse the poor image quality as this is probably the only Ute I will ever seen in Canada. I am assuming this is an Australian import that has been converted to LHD but i'm not quite sure.

It probably comes from this importer! Very interesting process of putting the Holden body on an American sold chassis to make it legal for use in the USA, and the LHD is a nice extra. I've promptly added a video of Doug Demuro showing off the quirks and features of such an import Ute.
