I figured! Glad I was able to whip the phone out to grab a pic! Here in VT, I have never seen a NY dealer, maybe one or two NH dealer plates and maybe one or two MA dealer plates. It seems they are quite rare to spot out of state/province

Here in Alberta i've seen maybe 2 BC dealers, No Sask (idk if they even have dealer plates), 3 or 4 Manitoba, 1 or 2 Ontario and a single Quebec. They seem to be super rare.

I also managed to spot a few in Wyoming - specifically Kentucky, Iowa and South Dakota!
