There’s a good chance that plate is actually original to the car. C series was issued in the mid 80s so it’s very possible

Good to know! I never had a doubt it belongs to this car, after all it's an old plate on an old car, attached with old screws
This car hasn't moved for over 10 years, probably someone tried to import it a long time ago, or just shipped it over to drive, and then left it here...
