I know that the Gambian Consulate in Budapest is only the consul's house (his son was my classmate in elementary school), maybe this consul also just happens to live in Schwyz?
Otherwise, last year I've visited the Embassy of Nigeria in Sweden My friend, who is the retired Office Manager there, invited me for a visit. (I haven't seen any interesting plates there sadly)

Nice, the only Consulate/Embassy I ever visited was the German embassy in Lebanon, which was also a rather cramped and unspectactular building in a suburb of Beirut. We were invited there when I travelled there with a group.
