It used to be that the UK had more convertibles registered than the rest of Europe combined! I don't know if that is still correct, but it always comes as a surprise due to our famous wet or grey days we are known for - but when the weather is good, it is perfect roof down weather, hence the popularity here!
Plus add London and opulent lifestyles, you are bound to find such cars :D
