I don't remember, but it was surely doing less than 30 km/h, the engine of those cars is modified so that they can't go faster

If I'm not mistaken you can drive green plated vehicles at 14y old. You only need an agricultural drivers license, not Kat B for normal cars. Some farmers might have never passed Kat B and therefore only drive agricultural vehicles.
