DongFeng Xiaowangzi
This thing is 东风小王子EQ7101BP，translated as DongFeng "the little prince"，is a small car made by Aeolus in 2003，the whole body was bulit in fiber glass,with a 1.0L 4L engine from Hyundai and a 3AT gearbox.It was cheap but not sold well,so it is rare to see in China nowadays.

Nice find ! They are very rare now. It's quite complicated. There is a hatchback which was also called Little Prince but produced in Hubei province. This Little Prince sedan was produced in Shandong province.
