Yes, the number on the blue plates is random generated with 16 allowed number-letter combinations: NNNNN, NLNNN, NNNLN, LNNNN, LLNNN, NNNNL, LNNLN, NNLLN, NLLNN, LNLNN, LNNNL, NNLNL, NLNLN, NNLNN and NNNLL; but according to Wikipedia, the 16th is NLNNL, and LNNLL doesn't exist.

Ah, I see it, when I first searched the URL of that plate in Google, it showed the wrong plate in the page name, N L10MN, and I didn't notice that on the actual photo that the correct plate is N L10M1, and it also got corrected meanwhile.
Therefore, Wikipedia is correct, LNNLN exists, and LNNLL doesn't, L10MN was a typo.
N L10M1 is real.
