Yes, it’s BYD. But because it’s produced in Qinchuan factory, it’s called “Qinchuan Flyer”. And in the photo you have posted, there is “blue sky and white clouds” early logo of BYD.

Qinchuan was one of 4 companies which was allowed to produce Suzuki Alto/Fronte with Jiangnan, Jiangbei and Chang'an.
Flyer was based on this Alto.
BYD purchased Qinchuan company in 2003 to get the license of production.
