I wasn't too sure, until I looked closely at the headlight clusters, which seem to have the amber side-markers seen on US-spec Q70's. However, the side badging says it's a 2.2d model, and as far as I know (though I could be wrong), Infiniti didn't sell any diesel engined models in North America.

I guess it is, I also see the Orange side markers in the headlight now. And most of the diplomatic plates in Berlin belong to US-Spec Cars
