"Wechselkennzeichen" are only for two vehicles. The "8"-part of the plate is fixed to this car, while the "V-YD 6"-part has to be transferred to his other vehicle when driving. The other car also has a fixed single number, maybe 9. So the whole registrations are V-YD 68 and V-YD 69.
