heavy39: thanks for explaining, but I was not enoughly exact: the German cars registered in ND (and RO, PA, M, etc.) are in the property of well off Hungarians who are living in Budapest, and the only one reason why they are have German LP is tax optimization. If you see my photos from this redions, most of these are very expensive cars where the difference between Hungarian and German taxes can be few ten thousands Euros.
