If the plate previously belonged to this vehicle, it cannot be considered fake and is legitimate.

Isn't. Oryginal plate was returned to danish motor authority. Plate from picture is "copied" with wrong font, car is deregistered and without insurance. Driving is illegal.

So, plate is fake, just old reg number is used.

The car was not photographed in Denmark.
In Lithuania, as well as in many other countries, it is legal to drive with documents from a previous registration before registering in this country.

If the previous license plates have been removed, temporary ones are often made.

Something similar can be seen with South Korean license plates in Ukraine.

Do you know what a non-standard license plate is?

So, if this one is "temporary", so why people are trying to make copies like oryginal?
You can write old number on paper too.

And how is possible to drive without insurance?

Ask this question to lawyers in Lithuania, not me

So you have wrong information.

"Įsigijus iš užsienio įvežtą, Lietuvoje dar neregistruotą transporto priemonę, ją privaloma įregistruoti prieš pradedant eksploatuoti viešajame eisme."
"After purchasing a vehicle imported from abroad, which has not yet been registered in Lithuania, it must be registered before being used in public traffic."

Official information from regitra.lt : motor authority from Lithuania.
So you can't make a copy of plates and use them, it's illegal.

Why do you think this quote applies to this case?

I know your next and last argument: car isn't in public traffic, is parked.
But previously your statement was, at is fully legal to use "copied" plates from another country as "temporary".

So, if is parked, explain to me purpose of that plate. A collection? Just for fun?

Unfortunately, I know. Same like in Poland, and another countries in region: "second hand" cars are sold with fake plates, temporary insurance and words: "you can drive, everything is ok". And contract is between previous owner and new one. Seller is only a "broker": without paying taxes and without responsibility for car.
