Double spotted this quad in Tossa de Mar, 10 years later ! (same region as Barcelona)
Both Tossa de Mar and Barcelona are indeed in the same region (Catalonia), but they're in two different provinces (Girona and Barcelona, respectively), which is, according to the rules for geographic double spots (see rule 2.29), eligible for a double spot.
