I guess it's not an Italian plate either, because the Italian registration belongs to a Fiat Punto. Might be a fake plate, as Oxblood said earlier.

Or could be that Michelp typed the wrong plate when he was uploading the picture, because the real registration of this C-Class is CF-431-RT.
