Redman Wow. How's that possible to see a car with FNI registration and only one number? I was thinking it starts at 10 ** [department]
All series began by default at 11 since 1976 (same date for the deletion of numbers identical with the department such as 75 RAA 75). 12 in Loire-Atlantique (44) since 2001 (ending at 998 since then too), 26 in Paris (75) since 2002, 31 in Val-de-Marne (94) since 1998, 32 in Reunion (974) since 2006 and 101 in Seine-et-Marne (77) since 2003 (ending at 998 since then), there are many exceptions (in Paris for example) regarding reserved registrations (only possible starting at 11 but a case is known with the 10 YD 22 given to a Citroën C8 in 2009, no idea how this was made possible.)
