Ferrari Testarossa
This is probably one of my best finds of Vichy - a beautiful Ferrari Testarossa with old black license plates, always owned by the same owner since 1987 and spotted at my work!
I was shocked. Probably this might be one of the coolest FNI cars of Allier.
So glad to have it in my gallery now!

A Ferrari with original French plates is always cool, let alone with a black 1987 registration ! 
It's not sure if the car kept the same owner since 1987 though (however the car stayed in Allier since the beginning), the actual certificate was edited on the 30th of june 2004.
