I don't know if the registration 1094-S1 was issued to this car, but it was issued in the Loire department in June 1922 !;)

I thought that was a UK plate, 1904 SI. But i could be wrong

It's a French registration. At that time, the digit 1 was very frequently painted like the letter I (which was also used). For example, the registration IIII-I was to be read 1111-I !;)
