    In Hungarian as well, but it's spelled "kaka", because c marks a different sound. :-)

    By the same reason, such FNI series, as KK, QQ and WC were banned. PD series was banned too.
    However, WC series may be issued in SIV (you know example in gallery).

    #3 In the SIV, only SS series is banned, you can see all the others that you mentioned (you have one more, PT, "péter", pronounced "pete", which means to fart...)
