When was this picture taken? Because a quick check online shows that this plate belonged to a Yamaha Crypton 135 until 2013 and has not been used since, so if this picture was taken after 2013 (I'm guessing it is?) then this is an example of an unregistered vehicle

Still suspicious is that it doesn't have the official seal of the Hellenic Republic at all, the euroband is quite large, and so does the font look non-standard as obviously it can be seen.

The plate is -496 and not -490
the online check shows "HARLEY DAVIDSON HARLEY DAVIDSON" so it's probably right, but with an non-standard (illegal) plate
