The first red plate from Delnice in the gallery, and my first DE since 5 years!
Looks like this is still the rarest active code in the gallery, so far I've only seen them on the nearby motorways.
Delnice lies in the mountainous Gorski Kotar region and is a town with only 6000 inhabitants. Together with some surrounding villages there are less than 20'000 inhabitants in the region that uses DE licence plate code.
