It is an another ex-Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) official show vehicle. It is some kind of a full-import show car from ADM, which they never officially sold these in Indonesia. Some people from years ago, when this car first shows up here, claims it was a purposed test car for the next-gen Avanza-Xenia but Daihatsu fully rejects that, adding that it was deemed to be too expensive, hence why they instead develop and launched the second-gen Avanza-Xenia in 2011.
At least makes sense for our taste here being very different, as over in Malaysia, this model would become the first-gen Perodua Alza with a huge sales success.
Its archived "for sale" post I've found in Instagram suggest there were only 3 of them imported to here. One of our local resident reviewer, Rockford Pojono of Lugnutz Auto Junkie made a review of this same car in the past. Another review of this by OverDriven.
