Correct tags but wrong license plate format. The correct license plate format is "H 3113 DY", not "H 311 3DY" as Indonesian license plate format is "RR NNNN LLL"
(R= Regional code in alphabet, N= Numbers (one to four digits), L= Letters in alphabet (from no letters up to 3 letters)(all alphabet letters are Latin alphabet)).

There's some people modify their license plate to have non-standard license plate which is violating license plate format rule and also violating traffic code. When you want to uploading photo with modified license plate format like this, better you follow official license plate format as I mentioned above with adding non-standard plate tag.
