In Italy they used RHD trucks because of better view on narrow, step and curvy roads. You could observe the road edge and be less likely to tip over and fall.

Exactly, but that was true until late 70's, maybe early 80's, then they adopted LHD for trucks too.
For example, I've never seen an Iveco 190/Turbostar with RHD.

You can faintly see a website ending on ".co.uk" under the front windshield. Looks like the circus just bought very cheap RHD trucks from the UK  :pardon:
