Isn't it the same if I write "La Corsa di Alcide 2019" like in this case? If someone searches for "La Corsa di Alcide" he will find the pictures. Or is it obligatory to write the hashtag?

Hashtag is clickable, so you can easily find all tagged photos from event. If you just tag photo without hashtag it's makes harder to find, that's the reason. For example: http://avto-nomer.ru/gallery.php?dop=villadeste%3C/a%3E
