It'll be like the Ram Pickups sold in Europe, where the car is imported in US (or Canadian)-specification, brand new, then homologated in Europe with the extra reflectors before being sold here.
ZB *** BC combination seems to be issued to an eclectic mix of imported cars, so I'm unsure if it's an AFI combination?

Can't be an AFI as there are not US bases in the province of Cuneo
