Если на фотографии - прицеп с номером-повторителем тягача, марку и модель тягача указывать нельзя. Это противоречит всякой логике.
Можно указать марку и модель прицепа и добавить хэштег #repeater.

Можно указать марку и модель прицепа и добавить хэштег #repeater.
