The building in the background looks like the one in Ebina Sevice Area in Kanagawa... There's always something there for car spotters there :)

Oh right haha, i was certain it was somewhere near Nagoya (名古屋) but this photo was taken at 1:30 in the morning so i could barley keep my eyes open though haha so your probably right :D
