Seems that very few Cambodians get to Hanoi. I spotted many of them in both HCMC and Đà Lạt, all buses though...

Thanks all! It's really rare to see a Cambodian in the North, given how the government only allows foreign vehicles to travel only inside a 100 Km radius from the crossing the vehicle entered (the vehicle needs to get a special permit to travel outside that radius) and it could only stays in Vietnam for 45 days maximum.
