Hi! Why do so many American vehicles have diplomatic license plates?
I guess (almost) all belong to US embassy. They usually use american or at least US-Spec vehicles. The same situation is in Poland: http://platesmania.com/pl/gallery.php?region=33001

Yes, as junktimers said these vehicles usually are embassy worker personal vehicles ordered in US or bought used there and afterwards imported to here
