If you can't identify, or do not know the make (brand) or model of the vehicle you are uploading, then leave the "Specify brand and model of vehicle" field with the "I Don't Know" tab, and after uplading, send an error message stating the issue (the "red button" with a triangle with an exclamation mark on).

I would do taht but its impossible to tell what brand/model it is except if you have big knowledge of motorcycle brands.
In this case you can only find on registering in the Road Safety Directorate (Csdd) page where only latvians with License can register and go in. Unfortunetly I dont have license so i cant get in it.
