This one was spotted in Budapest about 9-10 years ago! It was even living there, twiaj told me he saw it a few times, but he couldn't spot it.
Maybe, it was a car belonged to an employee from the embassy of Mongolia.

Embassy employees get diplomatic plates (red CK in the old system). But the car could surely belong to a Mongolian person. Back then it was very costly to register foreign cars in Hungary, and you could use any plate for an extended time. (various plates from USA, Africa, and even Cook Islands used to be common)
