Interesting, I didn't know that either, thanks for sharing! Though rare I do see some Malaysian cars from Sabah or Sarawak in Singapore, but this explains why I saw so much more when I was in Malaysia.

I suspect this car was indeed shipped from Borneo because I spotted it on Leng Kee Road, which is where the vast majority or car dealers are in Singapore. Even though there is no Perodua dealer there, there are some used car dealers, so it is likely one of them bring cars from Malaysia to sell here if this car is not privately owned.
