If you just put a link on the upload, it'll generate that template I showed and by editing your post you can change the text for the link. I hope this helps, but I'm glad to help if there's still help needed.

(The '#2867679' is the direct acess to the comment, you can remove it.) This method doesn't work for adding comments, only in descriptions. It happened to me a few times that when doing this at the time of the upload, you wouldn't make a link, but then I just go and edit the post with it and it works fine.
