Not a danish plate, I'm pretty sure it's norwegian. In Denmark, the prefix RA was used in the old system 1958-1966. All combinations used in that system have since been blocked until 2012, and it's going to take many years before the combination RA is reached again (It's currently going through the letter E)
The only exception is modern-made retro enamel plates for vintage vehicles.
This means, that any Danish plate starting on RA must either be issued before 1969 OR be on a car registered before 1969, therefore, this plate cannot possibly be Danish!
I've just uploaded a RA-plate myself, a retro enamel plate issued in 2015 on a 1957 MGA.
