There's a huge Portuguese diaspora in France, there's over 1 million people with dual French–Portuguese citizenship, let alone just "normal" Portuguese emigrants.

That too, I actually saw this stat the other day. But to be fair where I am definitely help, in Alsace I don't see as much which make sense except, truck, bus, few tourist and the one going at the Portuguese consulate
