Can anyone tell me why there is no appear international double spot sign at a car upload in 2019 in Romanian gallery, when this car was first upload in 2017 like this Volvo.

This bug always happens with old uploads (about the first half of 2017) in this gallery, and it can't be fixed.

It's a big problem, an user if upload a plate on the site without checking it before, he don't know it's an international double spot.

It's an even bigger problem that a lot of "illegal" doubles are created without being noticed, mostly in Budapest (I just found one).
Homer knows this but can't do anything about it, something went wrong at an update.
