The reason why you can't add crest is you have template turned on...no problems but when you upload a plate change region to another and back to correct when on uploading page...thats how you will be able to add correct crest ;)

The reason why you can't add crest is you have template turned on...no problems but when you upload a plate change region to another and back to correct when on uploading page...thats how you will be able to add correct crest ;)
