This is most extreme way of van driving around Europe, pretty well paid but if you are empty you are sleeping in the back, no comfort, space or privacy. Yes hotels are nice but that's another issue that you have to get to them and can't just sleep whenever you want like in topsleeper.

Exactly, I commend these drivers driving around in such small vans across Europe, as they can't be too comfortable to drive long distances. It was around 60 euros to stay at this hotel for me, which after being used to paying around 20-25 euros a night in the Baltics/Poland, seemed very pricey
