Very interesting to see, that this team was part-sponsored by LS Intertank. This is a danish company, also operating from Bytca, but unlike many other companies registering trucks abroad for purely financial reasons, I've always had a feeling that in LS Intertank's case it was fully legit. They don't operate from Slovakia to save on wages and taxes, but because they actually do business there.
To see them sponsoring a local rally team is a further indicator that they actually take part in the community.
I'm currently uploading a bunch of their tank trucks. They use vanity plates of either BY LSI.. or BY LST.. where the two dots represent the last two digits of the fleet numbers.

That's good to know. For financial reasons, it wouldn't make too much sense to register the company in such an obscure place as Bytča
