I am not talking about the combination, it is real and was normally issued. But neither of the plates were 2 row plate. The rear one was simply replaced by a home-made created one, probably made of plastic. So it is a fake plate.

OK, then we have a different understanding on the meaning of "fake" in terms of number plates.
