What does it means such errors: "New letter combinations"?
If nobody upload the combination you have, it show as "0". But if you are first to upload, it is New Letter Combination.
Our fellow spotter dodo142 mentioned me about it a bit. If a plate combination that does not exist in this site, it is the New Letter Combination. It is a requirement for the photo.
