Wow! How does it come to Turkey?

I think it came with migration from Bulgaria.

Most likely it got there in 1989 when Todor Zhivkov (the communist leader of Bulgaria in most of the 20th century) effectively kicked out the Turkish descendant minority from Bulgaria. They were forced to move to Turkey, so they brough their cars with them.

The same year, Todor Zhivkov was removed. Later on, most people returned to Bulgaria.

You explained it very well.
