As it says in the rules:
3.7.
The vehicle must be completely visible in the frame and occupy the following part of a photo:
3.7.1.
for mopeds and motorcycles - at least 1/16 part of a photo;
3.7.2.
for cars and trailers - at least 1/9 part of a photo;
3.7.3.
for trucks, buses, special vehicles and trailers - at least 1/6 part of a photo.
3.8.
A photo must be cropped if the vehicle is spotted at a long distance and occupies a smaller part of the photo than it is required above.
