According to some sources, this Ferrari 250 replica may be based on the Ferrari California, but i don't have any more information to go on, since the registration doesn't come back to anything.

Still none the wiser as to what this is based on, though some sources have said it's not based on a modern Ferrari California, but a BMW Z3 instead.
