I rescued this car from being scrapped twice - first in 1973 when I bought it from a man with a lorry business in Shepshed, England, then after I sold it to a chap at work, I manged to buy it back again before someone else who wanted to break it up for parts. Unfortunately due to having a detached retina, I was not able to complete a rebuild and sold the car to the person who carried out a brilliant restoration. Veyr nice car now !!

Thank you for sharing your experience with this car. It's great to know the stories behind the vehicles on this site. I'm glad that you and the next owner were able to contribute towards the restoration of this car, and that it's being used today, travelling much further afield too.
